Want to just come in for some clang and bang? For those who don't like or need much cardio, this workout is perfect!
In this session, we take out all the cardio and just have 3-4 rounds of strength training.
Class structure varies depending on the coach but generally, we will have 3 to 4 rounds of 3 to 4 workouts that we will do 3-4 sets of each.
First, we have a medicine ball round that will include more core work than anything.
Next, we have our dumbbell round with aerobic steps, dumbbells, and bands.
Then, we have our kettlebell round where we utilize just kettlebell work.
Finally, it's time for the Rack Group! Here we utilize our final round for our complex exercising to really build that lean muscle and boost metabolism!
This class usually lasts 50 mins to an hour.
