Our Just Lift class is for those looking to focus on strength training only in a 60-minute class. Our Lift class programming is aligned with the Standard class programming so you will not miss out on any of our core lifts, for example on Mondays we focus on Quads and Core. This class is great for those who have alternative methods of cardio training throughout their week.
