  • Sweat Just Lift: Uma aula de 60 minutos para quem busca focar exclusivamente no treino de força. A programação desta aula é alinhada com a aula Standard, garantindo que você não perca nenhum dos exercícios principais (por exemplo, às segundas-feiras o foco é em quadríceps e abdômen). Ótima para quem tem outras opções de treino cardiovascular durante a semana.
