Help fuel the amazing growth we’re experiencing at Illuminate Sweat! We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for helping others. We currently have more people interested in joining our program than we can follow up with. Your job would be to call them, schedule sessions, and sell them a membership.

Fitness industry experience is not required, but first-rate people skills and a self-motivated work ethic are. You’ll be working in a fun, upbeat atmosphere where every day you have the chance to change someone’s life.

The hours are flexible and the income is limitless with a guaranteed minimum.

The primary objective of the role is to communicate and promote the HIIT programming to prospective members/students to grow the Studio’s annual revenue and impact in the community.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Communicate to predetermined leads via phone, email, and text to convert leads into FREE TRIAL students.
  • Schedule FREE TRIAL appointments with Leads and complete facility tours.
  • Convert FREE TRIAL students to paid members via a face-to-face sales process.
  • Utilizing the tools provided, keep accurate statistics throughout the lead conversion process.
  • Active communication with Studio Owners on progress and activity associated with the role.
  • Set up and staff local event lead-generating activities.
  • Assist Franchise Owner with the development of Studio annual marketing plans and budgets.
  • Man the front desk and take every new member through their orientation, introduce them to the coach, and sell after the class.
  • Ensure follow-up procedures for leads are followed and all communication platforms are monitored and responded to (i.e. Brandbot, RingCentral, MINDBODY, etc.)
