I grew up playing soccer my entire life and went on to play D1 soccer at the University of Texas! Go horns! Once I decided to hang up my cleats, I wanted to find a way to stay connected to fitness and that’s when I turned to HIIT workouts and weight training. I spent all my time figuring out what worked for my body and how to best keep my competitive mindset satisfied. I have grown to love this dynamic of training and love seeing others develop similar mindsets. Seeing people do things physically that they never could have imagined doing is something that drives me each day at the studio. There’s nothing I love more than watching people reach their goals and beyond and I strive every day to help just one person get there!
